Terms of Use

Effective date: 23 March 2026. These Terms of Use govern business users' access to and use of the Post to Books website, application, and related services. Post to Books is operated by SAPPROUK Limited of Cherry Tree Farm, Mill Lane, Brigg, DN20 8NA. Contact: ask@sapprouk.com.

Using Post to Books

Post to Books is a live software service for business users that helps move Stripe invoice activity into Xero with clearer operational control. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and ensure you are authorised to connect any Stripe or Xero account you use with Post to Books. Post to Books is not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for the users you invite, the data you submit, the connections you authorise, and the accounting decisions made in your Post to Books workspace. Post to Books helps route data and surface exceptions, but you remain responsible for validating your accounting treatment, internal controls, and legal or regulatory obligations. If you use Post to Books on behalf of a company, partnership, sole trader, or other business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer non-public service components, or use Post to Books to process data you are not authorised to control.

Billing and pricing

Post to Books may offer monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and one-time purchases for selected services, including batch or historical invoice-run products. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If you cancel a subscription, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period and then stops unless you renew or subscribe again. We may from time to time offer free trials, promotional pricing, or limited-time offers, and we may introduce, change, withdraw, enable, or disable those offers at our discretion. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Availability and changes

Post to Books may change, improve, suspend, or retire features as the service evolves. We may also change pricing, plan structures, trial availability, and service features from time to time. Where required, changes will apply from the next renewal or transaction unless stated otherwise.

Disclaimers and liability

Post to Books is provided on an as-available and as-provided basis to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Post to Books excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss and for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Post to Books's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is capped at the fees paid by you to Post to Books in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Termination

Post to Books may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security concerns, misuse, unlawful activity, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, but cancellation and billing consequences will apply in line with the pricing and renewal rules above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Post to Books service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
